1. Convenient Appointments: We prioritize your health and time. You can choose in-person, virtual, or phone visits, as often as medically necessary. Whether you prefer face-to-face appointments or a quick phone call, we have an option to suit your needs.

2. Priority Scheduling: We value your health and prioritize it accordingly. As a member, if you have an urgent issue, we offer appointments in the same week - often on the same day. We know that some health concerns can't be delayed, and we promise to provide prompt and efficient care. If an issue can be addressed without an appointment, we will do our best to save your precious time by utilizing telemedicine or a call as we are able.

3. Direct Communication: We believe that open communication is key to maintaining your well-being. As a member, you can easily contact Dr. Dinh through text or email. If you have an urgent question or need help understanding your treatment, just reach out to us, and we'll make sure you get the information you need. Text after hours should be reserved for truly urgent matters, as we will be readily available to help you during our open hours.

4. Patient Portal Access: Members can use our patient portal without any extra charge. This platform lets you easily view your medical records, check test results, ask for prescription refills, and talk securely with our team. Your health information is just a few clicks away.

5. Complimentary CGM/Pump Downloads, Placement, and Training: We recognize the importance of monitoring and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes. We offer services like downloading data from continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps ($50 value) as well as placement and training for CGMs ($100 value) at no extra charge, even if needed between visits. When quick questions come up, Dr. Dinh will be able to address them in a timely manner and, if possible, without needing a dedicated visit to make small adjustments.

6. Expedited Prior Authorization and Forms: Although we are aiming to simplify healthcare, dealing with insurance systems is complex. We will handle your insurance prior authorizations (PAs), appeals, and other necessary forms without charging you extra. We understand that waiting for PAs can delay your care, so we will give priority to completing PAs in order to ensure you can get what is needed to improve your health.

7. No Commitment Required: We understand that your health needs can change, and we respect your choices. While we don't require a long-term commitment, we encourage continuous membership for consistent, high-quality endocrine care tailored to you. Should you ever decide to rejoin after a break, please note that there will be a re-enrollment fee of $300.
