Osteoporosis is a silent disease, but requires attention to reduce the risk of debilitating fractures. Dr. Dinh will ensure to evaluate for any underlying cause of osteoporosis and discuss treatment options that are tailored to each patient. Dr. Dinh also has experience taking care of patients with rare bone disease, including osteogenesis imperfecta and hypophosphatemia.

Dysfunction of the adrenal gland can be deadly, so appropriate evaluation and treatment is important. Dr. Dinh can assist with evaluation of adrenal disorders including decreased function, increased function, and nodules. Every adrenal nodule found deserves hormonal and imaging evaluation and follow-up. Dr. Dinh has experience treating complex cases of Cushing’s disease, utilizing advanced medications including Osilodrostat.

Elevated calcium levels can cause kidney stones, osteoporosis, and fatigue. We can assist with evaluating function of the parathyroid hormone and other causes of elevated calcium. Additionally, hypoparathyroidism, or decreased calcium levels related to poor function of the parathyroid gland, is a complex condition requiring expert monitoring and therapy.

Dr. Dinh trained at the University of Washington, which has a premier pitutiary program. She has experience dealing with pitutiary adenomas (growths), decreased pitutiary function, and pituitary excess, including elevations in prolactin levels. Dr. Dinh has worked with both neurosurgeons and radiation oncologists in the area to treat complex cases of pitutiary disease.

Evaluation of reproductive hormones in both men and women is complex. Dr. Dinh can evaluate and treat PCOS, male hypogonadism, primary ovarian insufficiency, and symptomatic menopause. Dr. Dinh does follow society guidelines and treats with FDA approved medications.
